Retail sales of honey and honey-filled candies round out the range of goods sold by Lagrant's. As with beekeeping equipment, honey and honey filled candies are readily shipped to our customers who are outside of driving distance.

Beeswax candles have been highly prized since ancient times. Honeybees, long regarded as models of industry and purity, make their wax from the nectar of flowers. Lagrant's pure beeswax candles with their delightful sweet fragrance, burn longer, cleaner, and produce more light than other wax candles. Only pure beeswax will develop a surface film called bloom. This can be removed by buffing with a cloth.

Beeswax is one of the many valuable beehive products. On average, one pound of beeswax is collected for every 60 pounds of honey harvested. Using our Lagrant's solar wax melter, we harvest copious amounts of pure beeswax. Using beeswax produced by our own hives, we pour many attractive 10-inch tapered candles.
